Hoping it was the same quality as the previous version., September 12, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Sevylor QuickPak Covered Sit-On-Top Kayak (Sports) Years ago I had a Sevylor sit on top kayak an loved it. It had long tubes that were inserted in the bottom to make it rigid and it lasted at least four years before it was finally on its last leg. This summer I wanted to get another one and went in search of a good replacement. Since the previous Sevylor I had lasted for a long time and was good to me I thought that this new Sevylor QuickPak seemed like a good buy. The first time I took it out on the river it worked good. There were no long tubes on the bottom to make it rigid instead it had a cover. After this first outing I let it dry and then folded it up and zipped it into the backpack. While zipping it up one of the zippers broke the pull tab. Not a big deal to me at the time. The second time I took it out I could not get it to inflate correctly. The left inflatable tube continued to inflate larger than the right causing the whole craft to be off. I attempted to deflate and re-inflate it several times before giving up as... Read more

Another design flow is the exterior fabric cover that can easily slip around the inner inflatable pvc-that can screw the boat shape and agravate its already shaky stability.
Returned it in the first day of use.
